Katame no Kata Clinic North Bend, OR March 2, 2024

The weekend Shipyard hosted a clinic to study the Katame no Kata (Forms of Grappling). We brought clinicians from Washington who are a former world champion, Sensei Delynn, and her coach, Sensei Mike. We had folks from all over Oregon and Washington come take part.

Shipyard’s very own Jake and Sensei Clayton volunteered to be demonstrators for the entire day. We were told they did a fine job.

After the clinic, Shipyard hosted a potluck get-together. All around it was a was a good, fun day of judo.
